Please plan to attend Running Rams Basketball tryouts for boys entering grades 4-8 on August 18 and August 25 in the SEP Junior High School Gyms. Anyone interested in playing in the Running Rams this season should make every effort to attend both workouts.

Workout Schedules:
The tryouts in 2019 will have a new format giving a better opportunity for SEP coaching staff to observe players for evaluation. Once again, we strongly encourage anyone wanting to tryout for the 2019-20 season to attend both workouts.
Location: SEP Junior High School Gyms, 8325 NE University Ave
August 18 Tryout Schedule:
- Grades 4 -5 – workout will be August 18 from 2:00-3:30 p.m.
- Grade 6 – workout will be August 18 from 3:45-5:00 p.m.
- Grade 7 – workout will be August 18 from 5:15-6:30 p.m.
- Grade 8 – workout will be August 18 from 6:45-8:00 p.m.
August 25 Tryout Schedule:
- Grades 4 -5 – workout will be August 25 from 2:00-3:30 p.m
- Grade 6 – workout will be August 25 from 3:45-5:00 p.m.
- Grade 7 – workout will be August 25 from 5:15-6:30 p.m.
- Grade 8 – workout will be August 25 from 6:45-8:00 p.m.

Evaluation Process
Selection will be based on each player’s performance during the tryouts and their performance throughout the previous Running Rams season. Teams will not be predetermined or grandfathered into the club. All participants must tryout each year to participate in the Running Rams Hoop Club.
- Players will check in and be assigned a tryout number
- Players will complete skill stations and scrimmage games and will be evaluated on these skills
Teams will be finalized and posted on, www.sepramsbasketball.com, by September 28. Total player fees will cover the following costs: uniform, gym practice time and 5 – 6 tournaments. Payment is due at the first parent meeting after teams have been assigned.
